HÀ NỘI — The Vietnamese team won three gold, three silver and two bronze medals at the World Junior Xiangqi Championship, which closed in Germany.

Titles went to Nguyễn Hương Giang in the girl’s U 一0 class, Văn Diệp Bảo Duy in the boy’s U 一 三 pool and Kiều Bích Thuỷ in the girls U 一 六 category.

Lâm Bảo Quốc Anh (boy’s U 一 三), Đỗ Việt Hà (girl’s U 一 三) and Lại Quỳnh Tiên (girl’s U 一 六) were awarded silver medals.

The bronze medals belonged to Phí Trọng Hiếu (boy’s U 一 六) and Nguyễn Phương Anh (girl’s U 一0). — VNS
